Our Missions
Jesus served others and helped those in need. We feel this is our calling at Kenwood Church. Serving our community is very important to us. We have developed a partnership with our community through these service opportunities. We are grateful to the community for their overwhelming response and openness to serving with us.
Listed below are some of the ways we have provided for others:
- 5,000+ bags of food given to the community
- 75,000+ given away to the community at our Free Stuff Giveaways
- 1,000+ coats and winter gear given to the community
- Hundreds of books for a library in Africa
- Monies donated to Africa to build a Science, Technology, Engineering Lab for a high school
- 300 boxes of food packed for a local food bank
- 2+ tons of food given to Wolverine Christian Service Camp
- Christmas presents for local families in need
- Several projects for local schools
- Medical supplies for missionaries
- Worship service in a local senior citizen apartment complex
- Thousands of bottles of water for Flint, MI
